Privacy notice for this website

This page covers flow-works.app, the public website. The controller is FlowWorks ApS, CVR 46023714, Denmark. The Flow Works product itself is covered by the data processing agreement each customer signs; customers choose the region their data lives in.

What this site collects

Nothing on its own. There are no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels and no cookies set by us. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

When you send the contact form

Your name, work email, company and the optional size and message are stored in a database in our Cloudflare account in the European Union, together with the country of your connection and a one-day hash of your IP address used only to limit abuse. We use this to answer you and to prepare the walkthrough, and we delete it when the conversation ends unless you become a customer. Nothing is passed to a mail or marketing provider.

Fonts

The Inter typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files.
